Day 3 with Alex (Saturday)

Monster Trucks at the Energy Solutions Arena!

Grampa Tom, Grandma Kalyn, Tamara, LJ and the kids came with us.  Alex enjoyed eating all of the popcorn grampa bought us.  We also ate hot dogs, pretzels, and ice cream.  Alex was bouncing off the walls on the way home.

The roll overs were awesome!

My dad took me to the monster trucks when I was little.  Now we got to share that with Alex.

Day 2 with Alex (Friday)

Hailey and Alex woke us up pretty early.  We decided to take them to a movie.

Gnomeo and Juliet.
It was a very cute film and Frankie got us a huge bucket of popcorn so that totally made it worth it!

Grandma Rose came to the movie with us.  We all had a great time!

Later that night we went to one of our favorite places for dinner!  David's Kitchen.  Their potstickers are out of this world and Alex ate an entire order by himself.  Henry Fei let Alex watch StarWars on his Ipad while the grown-ups talked.

Day 1 with Alex (Thursday Night)

Hailey and Max came over to join us for some good old fashion fun of playing video games and eating treats.

Frankie and I took the kids to The Chocolate Bakery and everyone picked something different.

They serve their desserts with a big frosted glass of milk.  Yummy!

A Day of Love

My very favorite holiday!

I made these cute candy jems for my family and co-workers.  They were fun and easy and looked awesome!

But the best part of the day was my surprise from Frankie.

These beautiful flowers were sitting on my kitchen table.

Along with a table set for dinner for two, a card, cupcakes and treats from Sweet Tooth Fairy and a Nordstrom box.  Frankie spent the day going around to my favorite restaurants to pick up special items for dinner.  We had everything from sushi rolls to soup.

Frankie even put the cupcakes in my grandmothers china she gave me for my wedding shower.  I am very lucky...Don't worry!  I didn't forget about Frankie.

Frankie received a beautiful shirt with French cuffs and these cool cuff links.  The cuff links were my grandfathers and they were already engraved with the "F" for Fox.  My mom would be very proud that Frankie has her dad's cuff links.

I also made him a special cupcake with its own "snippy turtle" on it.

Grandma's 85th

We celebrated my grandma's 85th birthday on Sunday.  The whole family went to the Beehive Tea Room for afternoon tea.  My grandma thought it was very special.  Granite Bakery made me this super cute tea cup birthday cake.  I feel very lucky to have both of my grandmothers still with us.
